We are seeking a Sales Executive to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to establish a strong presence of our group.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and identify new customers, expanding the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular interactions and exceptional customer service.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain and negotiate favourable terms.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Utilize sales techniques and strategies to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with other team members to share market insights, sales strategies, and best practices.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative, Account Manager, or in a similar role in the shipping industry.
• Bachelor’s degree/College diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
