bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction and other related services. Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a General Director to join the bbf: Design Division and lead our Luxury Furniture Shop & Distributor in Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Financial Management
  • Manage the cost and profit of the shop.
  • Control payments, accounting documents, and financial issues.
• Supplier and Stock Management
  • Identify new suppliers and develop schemes to become an exclusive distributor of furniture, kitchens, etc., for the bbf: group of companies.
  • Manage the sales and stock, including overseeing the sales team and warehouse.
  • Correct and control the purchase of stock.
• Coordination and Communication
  • Coordinate daily work with sub-contractors and suppliers, identifying new ones in the international market.
  • Communicate with clients daily.

Requirements for the position:

• Experience in a related position.
• Background in the luxury shop industry, preferably in a furniture shop.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Team player with leadership abilities.
• Fluency in English and Russian, knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
