We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a large-scale development project in a real estate segment in Limassol. This unique project will be implemented on the site of an existing juice production facility, presenting distinct challenges, including the critical task of relocating the production without interrupting the current production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

• Oversee all stages of Project Management, including (project) initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and project closing.
• Ensure the project adheres to key parameters such as budget, time, cost quality, scope, resources, risk.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain, assess, evaluate, and negotiate RFPs for consulting services

Cost Management

• Prepare and monitor detailed project budget.
• Control project costs and schedules and prepare regular reports on financial and timeline status.
• Control project execution and prepare relevant project progress reports.

Design and Planning

• Be involved from the early stage of the development/project i.e. overseeing the project concept, massing, schematic, and detailed design phases.
• Collaborate with architects and other consultants/stakeholders as necessary to finalize project specifications and design outcome.
• Supervise the preparation of the project brief which concludes to the estimation of total investment costs.

Permits and Compliance

• Coordinate with the Architect of Record and other involved Consultants to obtain all necessary permits and approvals/ NOC from different authorities, namely Planning and Building permits.
• Ensure all project activities comply with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and safety regulations.

Quality Control and Project Administration

• Provide comprehensive technical support throughout all project phases including construction (execution).
• Manage all aspects of Project Administration, including organizing and leading meetings, maintaining documentation, and reporting. Utilize Procor software for efficient project management, including document control and communication tracking.
• Ensure adherence to the company’s Health and Safety procedures, policies, and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Holding a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or other related fields; Master degree in Project Management will be considered as a plus.
• Have a minimum experience of 12  years in mega scale projects and in the role of Project Manager either from Main Contractor or Client’s /Development’s side
• Have Construction Contract’s knowledge and experience.
• Have Construction knowledge and experience in mega scale projects, so to be able to supervise construction, monitor and control cost, quality, and schedule from project commencement until completion, including commissioning and closing.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek languages, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of software: AutoCAD 2D, Procor, MS Office.
• Good knowledge of the laws and regulations relevant to the residential and commercial development in Cyprus.
• Have a leadership ability, team building philosophy and be an ethical person.
• Have an excellent communicational skills with all project’s stakeholders.
