We are currently seeking an experienced CEO for a large-scale mixed-used project in a real estate segment in Limassol. This unique project will be implemented on the site of an existing juice production facility, presenting distinct challenges, including the critical task of relocating the production without interrupting the current production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the Project’s strategy.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the Board of Directors.
• Manage the Project’s resources, including financial, human, and physical assets.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Full management of the project, ensure all project deadlines and budgets are met. Full responsibility for the financial model of the Project.
• Coordinate all project stages from concept to completion, ensuring successful and timely delivery.

Production Relocation

• Organize and manage the relocation of the existing juice production facility to a new location.
• Ensure the continuity of the production process during the relocation, minimizing disruption.

Team Coordination

• Lead and manage teams involved in the construction project.
• Oversee the plant team responsible for production relocation.
• Coordinate with international real estate design consultants and new production design consultants.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing the projects or business on COO, CEO, and similar positions. 
• Knowledge and experience in the residential and commercial real estate sector will consider as an advantage.
• Experience in production relocation is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Experience working with international consultants and contractors.
• Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
• Higher education in finance, business, construction, project management, or a related field.
• Fluent English is a must.
