Manpower, on behalf of our client, Philip Morris Cyprus, we are looking to recruit a Marketing Portfolio Lead to join their Marketing team in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Your ‘day to day’:

• Drive the full lifecycle of product development, from inception to go-to-market strategy and commercialization
• Leverage market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to spot growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge for PM brands
• Play a key role in shaping commercial strategies and communication plans for product portfolio initiatives
• Monitor brand performance metrics and translate complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making in line with business goals
• Collaborate with agencies on annual activity planning and work closely with cross-functional teams, as well as Regional and Global partners, to execute initiatives effectively

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Communication, Business Administration or other related fields.
• MBA or MSc will be considered an advantage
• 5 - 7 years’ experience in Product Marketing role, ideally in a multinational or big local company with proved performance in developing meaningful marketing or communication campaigns
• Fluency in English and Greek Language
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong analytical with results oriented mind-set
• Be able to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment
